Capitol Hill Block Party 2009 was amazing. I was able to capture some video of Built to Spill, Future of the Left, Truckasauras, and Japandroids. All were fantastic shows. And I did not even get to see the Gossip, the Thermals, or Sonic Youth. To see the video’s I uploaded click here.

Below is a video of Built to Spill playing Virginia Reel Around The Fountain. Even without Calvin Johnson, this song was amazing. Long live the Halo Benders! (Maybe next year they really will have a reunion show at CHBP.)
